Job Description

A leading financial institution focused on delivering cutting-edge AI/ML solutions in a fast-paced banking environment. The company is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to drive successful implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments for AI/ML development teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, developers, stakeholders)
Integrate MLOps practices and manage model development lifecycle
Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and AI governance frameworks
Coach teams on agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement
Communicate AI project status and business value to executive leadership

Required Qualifications
Experience & Certifications

5+ years as Scrum Master; 2+ years with AI/ML projects
CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification required
Banking/financial services experience preferred

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and deployment pipelines
Knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and agile tools
Familiarity with banking systems and regulatory requirements
