AI Outbound Telesales Executive - Rayco AI Solutions (Dubai / Remote)

Salary:

AED 6,000 - 9,000 per month + commission

OTE: AED 12,000 - 18,000+ per month

About the Role:

Rayco AI Solutions is expanding across the UAE. We provide AI automation systems for businesses including AI voice agents, CRM automation, lead generation, and full workflow automation.

We are hiring an AI Outbound Telesales Executive to make outbound calls to UAE businesses. All data lists and scripts are provided. This role is phone-only with no client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to UAE/GCC businesses (data provided) Introduce our AI automation services using provided scripts Qualify prospects and book demos for the technical team Follow up via phone, WhatsApp, and email Update CRM (HubSpot) Achieve daily/weekly call and demo targets
Ideal Candidate:

Strong phone confidence Telesales or call center experience preferred Excellent English (Arabic is a bonus) Comfortable discussing technology (training provided) Target-driven and motivated by commission Reliable and consistent
