Wood Wizards

-- a creative woodworking studio in Dubai offering engaging workshops for kids and adults -- is looking for an

AI Marketing Specialist

to develop and implement intelligent marketing systems that drive growth and automation.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement

AI-driven marketing strategies

(LinkedIn, Email, Social Media). Set up

personalized outreach campaigns

and

DM funnels

. Automate

lead generation and contact management

using AI tools. Integrate

LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.)

for content creation and analytics. Build a

centralized AI platform

(e.g. Airtable) connecting content, analytics, CRM, and outreach tools. Analyze conversion data and

optimize marketing funnels

.

Requirements



1+ year of experience in

AI marketing

or

marketing automation

. Understanding of

AI-based LinkedIn promotion

strategies. Proficiency with

ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Airtable, Zapier, Notion, Make, HubSpot

or similar tools. Ability to

integrate multiple AI tools into one system

. Strong data analysis, systems thinking, and initiative.

Conditions



Part-time:

10-20 hours per week.

Remote, flexible schedule.

Payment format is negotiable (hourly, project-based, or fixed). Opportunity for
