Core Responsibilities

Generate high-quality AI images for client campaigns, social content, ads, and websites using AI image platforms and prompting workflows. Write, test, and refine prompts to control realism, lighting, composition, style, and emotion in generated content. Turn AI-generated images into videos using AI video tools and professional editing software. Edit and refine videos for social platforms (short-form vertical, ads, organic content) using tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar. Enhance, retouch, and polish AI outputs using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms. Create content with an understanding of how it will perform on social media (hooks, pacing, formatting, trends). Maintain consistent visual quality and brand style across all client deliverables. Organize AI assets (images, videos, versions, prompts) clearly inside shared folders and Notion systems. Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to interpret creative briefs and turn them into visual outputs. Iterate quickly based on feedback and refine content until it meets quality standards. Track what assets are complete, in progress, or blocked -- and proactively communicate status or issues. Assist with building internal AI workflows, prompt libraries, and creative systems over time.

Skills and Qualities Required

Strong interest in AI, creative technology, and emerging design tools. Experience or familiarity with social media content creation (especially short-form video). Comfortable using or learning Higgsfield or similar AI generation platforms. Basic to intermediate video editing ability (short-form editing, pacing, cuts, captions, exports). Visual taste -- understands what looks realistic, premium, and on-brand. Coachable and open to feedback. Comfortable learning and adapting quickly to new tools and workflows. Strong attention to detail (lighting, realism, artifacts, text, consistency). Clear written communication for remote collaboration. Organized -- able to manage files, versions, and tasks without chaos. Proactive -- attempts to solve creative or technical problems before escalating. High level of accountability for quality, timelines, and deliverables. Excited to grow and take on more creative responsibility over time.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Prior experience with AI image or video tools (including Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, etc.). Experience working with brands, creators, or agencies on content production. Motion graphics, compositing, or After Effects experience. Understanding of platform trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
