About the Role

We are hiring an

AI Governance Specialist

to support Lenovo's global AI Governance framework implementation. The role will ensure that AI models, data pipelines, and automation systems are

ethical, secure, transparent, and compliant

with international standards.

You will be responsible for developing governance policies, auditing AI model lifecycle processes, and coordinating with cybersecurity and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement

AI governance frameworks

in line with

NIST AI RMF

,

ISO/IEC 42001

, and emerging global AI regulations. Evaluate and document

AI risks, biases, fairness, and explainability

. Conduct

AI model audits

, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards. Support

ethical AI initiatives

, aligning systems with organizational values and regulatory requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams -- data science, compliance, and security -- to maintain trust and accountability. Prepare reports and dashboards on

AI risk posture

, compliance findings, and governance KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's in

AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or Governance/Risk disciplines

.

5-8 years

of experience in

AI model governance, data ethics, or IT compliance

. Sound understanding of

AI lifecycle management

,

data privacy laws

, and

risk management frameworks

. Exposure to

ML model audit tools

,

MLOps platforms

, or

AI assurance frameworks

. Certifications preferred:

ISO/IEC 42001 Practitioner

,

CISA

,

AI Governance or Ethics certifications

. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
