We are looking for a AI Engineering Specialist to join our team:

Key Responsibilities

Data Acquisition & Analysis

Collect, process, and analyze real-time and historical data from telecom and automation systems such as SDH/DWDM, WiMAX, CCTV, SCADA, fire & gas, and other operational platforms.


Ensure data quality, integrity, and relevance to support accurate AI model development and performance analysis.

AI & Algorithm Development

Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to identify patterns, anomalies, and failure trends within operational systems.


Develop predictive maintenance models and algorithms based on system performance indicators and historical fault data.


Evaluate model performance and continuously optimize accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Automation & Smart System Integration

Develop automation routines and AI-driven workflows to optimize system operations and reduce manual intervention.


Integrate AI models into existing systems to support intelligent decision-making, remote diagnostics, and operational optimization.


Support enhancement and maintenance of existing AI-based solutions.

System Enhancement & Operational Support

Collaborate with telecom, automation, and instrumentation engineers to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.


Support autonomous operations, remote monitoring, and control room capabilities.


Provide technical support during incidents, system recovery, acceptance testing, calibration, and configuration of AI-enabled systems.

Documentation, Reporting & Knowledge Transfer

Develop dashboards, visual analytics, and reports to support predictive maintenance and operational insights.


Maintain documentation related to AI models, algorithms, performance metrics, and operational impact.


Prepare training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for technical teams.

Professional Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.


Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, preferably within industrial, automation, or telecommunications environments.
