What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Build the core AI chatbot with RAG. Optimize RAG pipelines. Develop semantic search (Elasticsearch). Work with LLMs. Engineer data pipelines. Ensure integrations and collaboration across systems.

Who You Are (Required Skills)

Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a strong project portfolio in NLP and/or Conversational AI. Solid hands-on expertise with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain). Strong track record in building and deploying RAG systems and working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate). Strong understanding of search technologies, especially Elasticsearch. Strong foundation in NLP concepts, including transformers, embeddings, and NER. Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS S3). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

Experience with different open-source and proprietary LLMs. Experience with Arabic NLP. Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for deploying and monitoring models. Passion for building intuitive user interfaces.
