Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated

AI Engineer

with more than 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, and the ability to build and deploy scalable AI solutions. You will work closely with our Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to drive innovation and solve real-world problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms for real-world applications. AI & CV Model Development: Own the full lifecycle of vision?language models--data collection/annotation, architecture selection (e.g. ResNet, ViT, CLIP), training, fine?tuning, evaluation, and A/B testing. Production Deployment & Monitoring: Containerize inference services (ONNX, Tensor RT, Triton), ensure real?time performance (<100?ms), set up CI/CD, and monitor drift (map, IoU) with automated retraining triggers. Scalable Data & Serving Pipelines: Architect ETL for large?scale image/video pre-processing and augmentation (Spark, Ray); design auto?scaling Kubernetes clusters for 24/7 inference. Cross?Functional Integration: Translate product/UX needs (visual search, OCR, anomaly detection) into specs, build interactive demos, and align with DevOps on GPU scheduling, storage, and secure model registries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize and scale models for performance, accuracy, and deployment. Work with large-scale datasets to train, test, and validate machine learning models. Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML. Develop APIs and integrate AI services into applications or platforms. Perform model monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. 2-3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering. Proficiency in

Python

and popular AI/ML libraries such as

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy

. Experience in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. Experience with RESTful APIs and model deployment frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Jupiter, Git, and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Time-Series Analysis. Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipelines. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools. Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
