Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy sophisticated agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform complex tasks and decision-making. This role requires expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and cloud-native AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Development:

Design autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning and task execution capabilities

RAG Systems:

Build robust retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with vector databases and knowledge graphs

Cloud Infrastructure:

Develop scalable systems for training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs in distributed environments

Agent Orchestration:

Create frameworks for tool usage, memory management, and inter-agent communication

Advanced Prompting:

Implement prompt engineering techniques including few-shot learning and chain-of-thought reasoning

Evaluation & Monitoring:

Develop systems to assess agent performance, safety, and alignment

Required Technical Skills

AI/ML Expertise

3+ years experience with transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning (GPT, Claude, Llama) Proficiency in RAG system implementation and optimization Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) or custom architectures Knowledge of prompt engineering and model alignment techniques
Cloud Platforms

Strong experience with AWS/Azure/GCP AI services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML) Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures Experience deploying and scaling ML models in cloud environments
Programming & Systems

Advanced Python skills with ML libraries (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain) Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD for AI systems
Data Systems

Expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) Experience with traditional databases and data pipeline orchestration Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering for LLMs
