Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
UX Designer (8-12 years)
to design and optimizeAI-driven conversational experiences
across chatbots, voice assistants, and Generative AI interfaces. You will craft intuitive dialogue flows, engineer prompts, and ensure seamless user interaction with AI systems.Key Responsibilities:
Design dialogue flows, intents, and responses for chatbots and voice assistants. Apply UX, linguistics, and cognitive psychology principles to conversational design. Build and maintain prompt libraries, fallback strategies, and evaluation frameworks. Conduct user research, develop personas, and analyze conversation logs for improvements. Collaborate with product managers and engineers in agile squads.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong
Generative AI fundamentals
. Expertise in conversational design and prompt engineering. * Arabic language proficiency (verbal & written).
