We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technician with hands-on expertise in repairing and maintaining agro-machinery and landscaping equipment. The role involves working with tractors, mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other related machines. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical skills and a practical approach to machinery maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain tractors, mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping and agro-machinery.
Conduct routine servicing and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues.
Ensure all equipment is operational, safe, and meets site requirements.
Collaborate with the operations team to address urgent repairs and reduce downtime.
Keep records of all maintenance activities and recommend solutions for recurring issues.
Provide guidance and hands-on training to junior staff when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining tractors, 2-stroke machines, and landscaping equipment.
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues effectively.
Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of machinery.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Practical experience in working with various models of agro-machinery (no specific brand requirements).
