\xe2\x80\x93 Proactively solicit new enquiries from existing portfolio.
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop and maintain a portfolio of end user clients.
\xe2\x80\x93 Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous year performance and review the same.
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.
\xe2\x80\x93 Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop and maintain good professional relationships with producers/suppliers of raw materials whilst building out a customer list/trading book.
Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Agro Commodity, Fertilizer, Sulphur, Ammonia, Urea products trading in the international market.
\xe2\x80\x93 Portfolio of transferable relationships in the outlined commodities.
\xe2\x80\x93 Must have experience in vessel chartering/logistics managementand LC (letter of credit) payments in the fertilizer space.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent leadership skills with strong ability to build a team.
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in sales of fertilisers, such as Sulphur, rock phosphate Urea, DAP, MOP, and SSP.
\xe2\x80\x93 Well versed with Trade Terminology and sales contract.
