About the job Agriculture Worker
Date 26th October 2023 Position: Agriculture worker Nationality: Pakistani Reliance HR Consultancy is looking for an Agriculture Worker to join our team in Al ain United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the production and maintenance of agricultural crops. Responsibilities: Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops such as vegetables, fruits, and grains. Monitor and inspect crops for pests, diseases, and other issues. Prepare soil and apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed. Operate and maintain farm tools and equipment. Perform general farm maintenance, such as cleaning and repairing tools and equipment. Monitor irrigation systems and adjust as needed. Load and unload harvested crops. Follow safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain records of crops, yields, and other data. Follow instructions from supervisors. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred. Knowledge of agricultural practices and techniques. Ability to operate farm tools and equipment. Physical strength and stamina. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Flexible schedule.
Salary AED 1100 + Food + accommodation + trans + standard benefits as per UAE law
