AGRICULTURE TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Agriculture Technician
to support modern farming operations. The role involves assisting in crop production, soil management, irrigation systems, and the use of agricultural technology to improve farm productivity and quality.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor crop growth, soil conditions, and irrigation systems Assist in soil testing, fertilizer application, and pest control programs Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment Collect and record farm data, reports, and observations Support greenhouse, nursery, or field operations Ensure proper use of agricultural chemicals and safety procedures Assist in harvesting, grading, and storage of produce Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to farm systems
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture or related field Basic knowledge of crop science, irrigation, and farm equipment Ability to operate and maintain agricultural tools and machinery Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Good observation, reporting, and teamwork skills Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
