Requirements
Preferably experienced in managing greenhouse operations and/or fruit production
Familiarity with farm equipment such as irrigation systems, tractors, and harvesters commonly used in the UAE
Expertise in greenhouse technology, including fertigation (especially hydroponics), lighting, cooling, and irrigation systems
Bachelor's degree in agriculture required
A minimum of 5 years experience in farm management or a related field
Certification in greenhouse management, such as the Greenhouse Management Professional (GMP) certification
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of crop production and protection practices (e.g., Integrated Pest Management)
Experience in budget management and financial analysis
