Company: Contra Pest Control Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-Time Join our passionate team as we work together to create sustainable pest control strategies for a healthier and pest-free future. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative pest control solutions that prioritize environmentally-friendly approaches and reduce reliance on traditional chemical treatments.
- Research and adapt emerging technologies such as biological control, pheromone traps, and natural predators to enhance pest management effectiveness.
- Work closely with clients to assess their pest control needs, providing expert advice and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for clients and internal teams on the latest pest control techniques and technologies.
- Monitor and analyze pest control trends, staying up-to-date with industry advancements and regulations.
- Participate in field tests and trials to evaluate the efficacy of new pest control methods and refine existing solutions.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Entomology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pest control engineering or integrated pest management.
- Knowledge of entomology, pest behavior, and biological control methods.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly pest control technologies and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to design and execute experiments to assess pest control strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams and effectively convey pest management concepts.
- Passion for sustainable pest control and a desire to contribute to reducing environmental impact.
