Responsible for monitoring the overall work progress of maintenance projects including irrigation, necessary guidance to Project engineers/site engineers, supervisors and foremen to avoid backlogs.
Supervise and coordinate with inspectors to ensure contractors works are appropriately monitored
Supervising and controlling irrigation activities and taking corrective actions
Responsible for preparing the conditional survey/snags for takeover of different maintenance projects.
Attend weekly/ monthly meeting as necessary with specific regard to landscape and HSE issues.
Monitor, supervise and manage all Landscape and Plant Protection and Control Methods Daily Schedule.
Responsible for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports, check lists, PPM schedules and job completion reports for Landscape maintenance and additional works carried out in site, work allocation to site engineers, supervisors, foremen, work planning and action plan to achieve the target in time.
