Agricultural & Landscaping Engineer Abu Dhabi
Job Description
Agricultural services company seeking experienced engineer to lead landscaping operations and ensure service quality excellence.
Responsibilities:
? Oversee landscaping and garden maintenance service delivery
? Manage small team of workers (2-3 people)
? Ensure quality standards on all completed work
? Create educational content for social media (gardening tips, how-to guides)
? Work hands-on at sites when required
? Build relationships with suppliers
? Handle technical issues and customer concerns
? Manage customer expectations and resolve service issues professionally Requirements:
? 5+ years UAE landscaping/agricultural experience
? Proven experience in villa garden maintenance services
? Strong technical knowledge (irrigation, plant care, maintenance)
? Team leadership ability
? Excellent customer handling and communication skills
? Comfortable educating through content on social media
? Arabic and English fluency
? Valid UAE driving license
? Willing to work on-site alongside team when needed
Offer:
? 6,000-8,000 AED/month
