As an
Agricultural Drone Pilot
at FelahFly, based in Tangier, you will be responsible for planning and executing drone-based agricultural operations across different regions. Your core missions will be:
Pilot drones (DJI Agras or similar professional agricultural drones) for tasks such as spraying, seed or fertilizer dispersal, crop monitoring, mapping and other agritech-based aerial missions.
Plan and configure flight paths and parameters according to crop type, terrain, size of fields and treatment requirements.
Perform basic maintenance and pre-flight / post-flight checks of drone equipment. Ensure all safety and regulatory protocols are followed.
Collect and transmit mission and field data (e.g. treated area, spray volumes, environmental conditions) to the technical / agronomy team for reporting and analysis. Drones agricoles au Maroc.
Coordinate with farmers, agribusiness clients, cooperatives or project managers on site to assess needs, schedule missions and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements / Ideal Profile
Previous experience piloting drones, ideally with agricultural drones (e.g. DJI Agras) or at least other professional-grade UAV.
Valid drone-pilot certification or license (preferred). Training or certification in drone operations or agritech is a plus.
Knowledge or interest in agriculture, agronomy, crop types and agricultural practices, to understand the requirements of different missions.
Ability to work in rural or agricultural environments, often outdoors; flexibility and availability for field missions in different Moroccan regions.
Valid driving license (e.g. category B) may be required depending on the location of fields and need to travel.
Responsibility, autonomy, good communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and the internal team.
