Developing and introducing new types of agricultural loans ,
Participation in the development of normative documents for agricultural lending processes ,
Participation in training and qualification improvement of financial advisors related to agricultural products ,
Development of special events and tools to attract customers in the field of agriculture ,
Elaboration of recommendations on the improvement of loan types and processes in the field of agricultural crediting .
Regional visits to evaluate the results of actions ,
Participation and management of the implementation of financial analysis of agricultural activities of clients ,
Participation in the evaluation of the quality and profitability of the portfolio of agricultural loans ,
Participation in the development and implementation of the agricultural credit scoring system.

Higher Education,
At least 2 years of work experience in the financial and banking sector,
Ability to work with a computer (excellent command of word, excel programs),
Interpersonal skills to cooperate, communicate and work in a team in different situations.
