Position Overview
The Agent - Room Reservations role at Atlantis Resorts Dubai is a guest-focused position supporting room bookings and reservation inquiries within a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to room reservations and guest inquiries
• Provide detailed information on room types, rates, packages, and resort services
• Respond promptly to incoming correspondence and reservation requests
• Process bookings accurately using Opera or similar reservation systems
• Assist guests with questions, changes, and service-related issues
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required
• Prepare basic reports and support reservations team operations
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, courtesy, and service quality

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in a call center, hotel reservations, front office, guest relations, or similar role
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Opera reservation systems
• Patient, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused approach
• Ability to multitask effectively without compromising quality
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Additional language skills such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French are highly desirable
