About The Role
Reservations Sales Agent ensures that all assigned duties are carried out daily, efficiently and in a timely manner. Room and restaurant booking processes via phone or email must be aligned in accordance with the policies and procedures set by One and Only One Za\xe2\x80\x99abeel.
About You
Ideal candidate shoul have a minimum 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or call center. Must have good knowledge in computer operation (including software such as excel, word, PMS) Must have good communication skills (verbal and written). Must be skilled to perform the job of a sales agent.. Hospitality graduates an advantage
