This is not simply our job, it's our passion. About The Role We are on the lookout for a talented and motivated individual to join our Imperial Services team. If you are enthusiastic, with an impeccable personal grooming, and a clear passion for customer service to deliver a first-class F&B experience, we'd like to hear from you! As an Agent in Imperial Services you will be responsible for assisting the guests in their Imperial Club Lounge experience and delivering an exceptional standard of service. You will be working closely with the F&B service team, making sure that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained. It is also essential that you have full knowledge of the Imperial Services offerings and benefits. About You The ideal candidate will have 1-year experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international hotel. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clientele.
