JOB DESCRIPTION
? Act as the primary liaison between the prospect client and the company. ? Schedule appointments and viewing for property sales and rental. ? Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home ? Perform real estate market analysis/research and stay updated with trends and best practices ? Maintain and update listings of the available properties ? Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale ? Research and find investor/prospect clients to sign up with the short term rental business ? Upselling and assistance through the process of short term rental and real estate properties of the company. ? Perform other relevant assignments as requested. Desired Skill & Expertise: ? Valid Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one quickly ? Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills ? Ability to understand and present contracts ? Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Must know telephone and email etiquette. ?
