Handle multiple guest interactions while maintaining service quality
Ideal Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in airport services, guest services, or customer service roles
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage high guest volumes
Additional language skills such as Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French, or German are an advantage
