Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience with agency, media sales, or business development
Experience working with Digital Transformation projects
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in digital media, digital advertising platforms, account management, sales, or ads product marketing
Experience in building and presenting strategy and proposals to executive audiences
Ability to deliver business results
Demonstrated track record of developing business with agency partners and driving digital transformation across organizations
Excellent partner management skills and relationship building with executive stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
Represent Google to our partners and excite them about our products and services
Build proactive and collaborative relationships with executive agency counterparts and internal cross-functional stakeholders
Design and develop strategy to maximise the partnership with the assigned agency portfolio, including joint business planning, commercial deals, and solutions
Secure and drive transformative Joint Business Plan (JBP) with the executive agency stakeholders that will grow the media business and drive digital transformation across the organisation
Run a thorough agency revenue performance management process, support commercial deals and programs, and manage deals throughout the year
