MANEL is a Dubai-based luxury fashion brand. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries outside regular working hours.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and conversion-focused customer support executive who can communicate professionally and maintain a refined luxury brand tone.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram...
Provide accurate product, sizing, pricing, and delivery information
Follow up with clients and assist in order confirmation
Maintain MANEL's brand tone and service standards
Prepare daily handover and inquiry reports
Requirements
Previous experience in customer support or online sales
Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken) mandatory
Strong attention to detail and fast response time
Comfortable working independently during evening and late hours
Experience with luxury or fashion brands is a plus
Compensation
Base salary: 2,000 AED / month
Performance-based commission linked to confirmed orders
One-month trial period
(Commission structure will be shared with shortlisted candidates.)
