Job Summary

Kuhnezug AG Middle East LLC, a leading crane manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled After Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and handle remote control-related enquiries for our crane products. This role requires strong technical knowledge, customer-focused communication, and the ability to troubleshoot crane, remote control, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshoot crane and remote-control systems Handle customer enquiries related to wireless remote controls, diagnostics, calibration, and functionality Support installation, setup, and commissioning of crane systems, including remote control integration Deliver on-site and remote assistance for maintenance and repair Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate service records, reports, and technical documentation Advise on preventive maintenance schedules Collect customer feedback and coordinate with engineering and product teams Collaborate with sales and technical teams to meet customer requirements

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 3-5 years of experience in after-sales or technical support (crane or heavy machinery preferred) Experience with industrial remote-control systems Knowledge of crane operations, electrical/electronic systems, and automation
