: After Sales Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled After Sales Engineer with expertise in Valves, Actuators and HVAC systems to join our technical support team.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolve site installation issues, and ensure optimal system performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for valve in HVAC and Plumbing system installations

- Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve installation and operational issues

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion

- Create detailed technical reports and documentation

- Provide training and guidance to clients on system operation and maintenance

- Manage service requests and prioritize workload effectively

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Required Qualifications

- Engineering degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or related field

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in valve systems and HVAC equipment

- Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site

- Strong knowledge of valve types, functions, and applications

- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC principles, components, and systems

- Valid driving license (essential for site visits)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of commissioning procedures

- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Actuator integration will be an added advantage

- Familiarity with project management principles

- Industry certifications in HVAC or related fields
