Affiliate Marketing & Ad Network Specialist (UAE - Full Stack)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site or Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional in the field of affiliate marketing and ad network management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing advanced affiliate systems in the UAE. This role requires deep expertise in affiliate platforms, CPA networks, tracking technologies, smart advertising solutions, and monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle setup and management of affiliate marketing systems Collaborate with international brands, agencies, and affiliate networks to launch and scale CPA campaigns Configure and optimize tracking platforms such as Binom, Voluum, RedTrack Analyze campaign data and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) Manage programmatic advertising on platforms like PropellerAds, Zeropark, MGID Develop strategies to attract, onboard, and retain affiliate marketers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in launching and managing affiliate networks Proficiency in tracking tools like Binom, Voluum, CPV Lab, etc. Knowledge of advertising models such as CPA, CPL, CPS, and various monetization frameworks Familiarity with different ad types including pop-under, native ads, messenger ads, and push notifications Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international advertisers and partners
