Description:
We're growing our affiliate channel and looking for a hands-on Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead B2B partnership growth at Finanshels - a fintech startup modernizing accounting and compliance for UAE businesses.
What you'll own:
Design, launch, and scale a B2B affiliate program that attracts and engages business-focused content creators and industry partners.
Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliates who can effectively promote Finanshels to founders and business owners across the UAE.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and business content creators to drive sustained referrals.
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align affiliate campaigns with commercial goals and ensure clear attribution.
Monitor affiliate performance, run experiments, and continuously optimize offers, messaging, and partner incentives for ROI.
What we're looking for:
Demonstrated success in affiliate or partnership marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
Proven ability to recruit and manage creators, influencers, or channel partners and maintain productive relationships.
Strong familiarity with the UAE market and an understanding of what resonates with founders and small business owners there.
Analytical approach to measuring partner performance and optimizing conversion funnels based on data.
