strategic yet hands-on leader
who can drive business expansion, optimize partnerships, and lead the affiliate marketing function end-to-end. This role requires a strong balance of operational excellence, commercial acumen, and leadership skills ideal for professionals ready to own a business line with full P&L responsibility.
Summary of the Role
The
CPX Lead
will define and execute go-to-market strategies for the affiliate and coupon marketing division, lead growth initiatives across the publisher and advertiser network, and position the business as a performance-driven engine in the digital marketing ecosystem.
This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making offering a leadership path with CEO-level potential.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute affiliate and coupon go-to-market strategies for the CPX business unit.
Set and manage ambitious growth and revenue targets while owning the full P&L.
Scale the affiliate publisher and advertiser network from acquisition to retention.
Design and optimize high-converting funnels for performance campaigns (coupon, cashback, loyalty).
Oversee commission models, campaign tracking, fraud prevention, and conversion optimization.
Leverage knowledge of
adtech
,
affiliate platforms
, and
performance media
to expand reach and efficiency.
Explore regional and global affiliate growth opportunities, aligned with Saudi consumer behavior.
Recruit, train, and mentor affiliate managers, account managers, and growth marketers.
Review analytical reports and dashboards prepared by the data team to identify optimization areas.
Build scalable onboarding and engagement systems for publishers, advertisers, and partners.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance within the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in
Marketing, Business Administration
, or a related field.
58 years of experience
in
affiliate marketing, performance media, or growth strategy
.
Proven record in scaling consumer tech, fintech, loyalty, or e-commerce businesses in KSA.
Strong understanding of
affiliate and performance marketing models
(no hands-on technical work required).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance dashboards.
Experience leading go-to-market strategies, managing P&L, and scaling operational teams.
Familiarity with
affiliate tracking platforms
,
fraud detection tools
, and
web analytics
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
