About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Affiliate Leader

to head our affiliate marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the overall affiliate strategy, leading partnerships, and driving performance across multiple affiliate networks. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and proven experience in scaling affiliate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the company's affiliate marketing strategy to achieve growth and revenue targets. Identify, recruit, and build relationships with top-tier affiliate partners aligned with company goals. Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms, and incentive programs. Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to deliver innovative campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Monitor and optimise affiliate program performance to maximise ROI, conversion rates, and partner engagement. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the affiliate marketing team. Generate and present detailed performance reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling affiliate programs. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills. Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and optimise strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills.
