Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated

Affiliate Manager

to join our growing performance marketing network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, recruiting, and building strong relationships with affiliates and publishers to drive high-quality traffic and conversions across multiple verticals, including

eCommerce, Lead Gen, Sweeps.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates and media buyers for the network. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize performance. Identify new traffic opportunities across Meta, Native, Search, and Email channels. Optimize affiliate campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates. Monitor daily performance, detect fraud, and ensure traffic quality. Negotiate payout rates and provide affiliates with offers best suited for their traffic sources. Collaborate with advertisers to align offers and creatives with affiliate needs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and compliance standards in affiliate marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an

Affiliate Manager

in a performance marketing network or agency. Strong understanding of affiliate traffic sources (Native, Meta, PPC, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Preferred:

Experience managing affiliates for

Tier 1 GEOs (US, CA, UK, AU)

. Familiarity with tracking platforms like

Everflow, Binom, or Voluum

.
