Position Summary:

The Aesthetics & Wellness Nurse plays a vital role in delivering non-surgical cosmetic and wellness treatments in a safe, professional, and client-focused manner. This position combines advanced nursing skills with a passion for beauty, wellness, and patient education. The nurse will provide services such as injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers), IV therapy, skin rejuvenation treatments, and wellness consultations under medical oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Aesthetic Services:

Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) Perform skin treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, PRP/PRF, and laser therapies (certified Laser Technician required) Conduct client consultations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-procedure care instructions Assess patient goals and expectations and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments Maintain accurate medical records, consent forms, and treatment documentation
Wellness Services:

Administer IV vitamin therapy, IM injections (e.g., B12, lipotropic shots), and hydration treatments Monitor patient vitals and reactions during wellness therapies Provide education on wellness protocols, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations Collaborate with medical staff on hormone replacement therapy, weight loss programs, or other integrative wellness plans
Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures Stay updated on aesthetic and wellness regulations and licensing requirements Maintain certifications in CPR/BLS and any required aesthetic modalities Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting treatment environment
Client Experience:

Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional care and follow-up Provide honest consultations, manage expectations, and educate clients on realistic outcomes Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

License:

Active DHA Registered Nurse (RN) and Laser Therapist

Certifications:

BLS/CPR; Certification in Botox and Dermal Fillers (preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years in aesthetic nursing, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related field preferred

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - High attention to detail and aesthetic eye - Professional bedside manner and appearance - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - Sales or consultative experience is a plus

Work Environment:

Medspa, wellness center, plastic surgery office, or integrative health clinic May require standing for extended periods May include evenings or weekends based on patient demand
