As a Senior Facial Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality facial services to clients, ensuring they receive the best care and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced facial treatments such as HydraFacial, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend suitable facial treatments.
Educate clients on skincare products and aftercare routines.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the treatment areas.
Stay up-to-date with the latest facial therapy trends and techniques.
Collaborate with the clinic's medical team to ensure the best possible results for clients.
Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Facial Therapist with expertise in HydraFacial, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, peels, and laser treatments.
Knowledge of skin anatomy and skin types.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet client expectations.
Valid certification in facial treatments.
Prior experience in a reputable aesthetic clinic is a plus.
Fluent in English.
