Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the clinic's aesthetic and medical services to new and existing clients
Follow up with leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.)
Handle appointment bookings (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.)
Convert consultations into sales through excellent product knowledge and customer care
Maintain a strong understanding of all treatments and procedures offered
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with the clinic's medical and administrative team to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate client records and follow up using the clinic's CRM system
Assist in marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions when needed
Greet and welcome all clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage patient registration, consultation scheduling, and follow-ups
