Assist in manpower planning and budgeting exercises in collaboration with practice line leads and Finance.
Support the Talent Acquisition team in job analysis, job descriptions, and competency assessments.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to contribute to the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Help implement Localization programs in UAE & KSA to promote the local workforce and enhance diversity.
Deliver HR programs and services effectively to meet the needs of the business unit.
Analyze exit interview data and provide insights to improve retention strategies.
