• Lead the technical development of the core advisory services to suit the Middle East and European markets.
• Working closely with the wider Parsons SMEs and project teams, you will drive industry best-practice approaches supporting our growth in Advisory and Program Management across all sectors.
• As part of this role, you will assist in the development of a global Program Advisory services and methodology, based on the core set of identified client needs throughout the lifecycle of major programs.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• We are looking for a highly skilled professional with program management, business transformation and change management experience. You will have experience in a combination of infrastructure, engineering and management consultancy environments, delivering on major programs of state and national significance.
• You will have a commitment to driving creative and innovative solutions with a strong focus on client-service and delivery.
• Extensive consulting experience, and successful track record and substantial program delivery experience will enable you to effectively build relationships with regional managing directors, regional business line directors and technical practice leads across the business.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to challenge teams to look for new and better ways to deliver our expertise through innovative solutions will be key to your success.
