Job Responsibilities:
Our department for private insurance is one of our most important channels in the customer meeting, where we offer our customers the best customer experience on the market via telephone and digital channels. Job duties
In the department, we employ people whose duties are to:
- be proactive and call out to new customers with offers about our insurance solutions
- take care of new and existing customers who call us with their personal insurance questions
- review the customer's insurance solutions and offer a package that meets the customer's expectations and needs
Job Requirements:
We would like you to have previous experience of customer meetings, sales and customer service via phone or store.
Education at least upper secondary school level and good IT skills are required. Education and/or experience with products within private non-life insurance is advantageous.
