Job Description

Strategy & Planning:

Develop advertising strategies, set campaign goals, timelines, and budgets, and identify target audiences.

Campaign Management:

Oversee the entire process from concept to execution, ensuring campaigns are effective and focused.

Team & Agency Coordination:

Manage advertising staff, creative teams (writers, designers), and act as a liaison with external agencies.

Budgeting:

Prepare budget estimates and manage costs for campaigns.

Media Selection:

Decide on the best platforms (digital, TV, print) to reach customers and negotiate ad placements.

Performance Analysis:

Track campaign results, analyze data, and make adjustments to optimize performance.

Research:

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

Strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, strong communication, project management, data analysis, problem-solving, and negotiation.

Knowledge:

Expertise in digital marketing, market trends, brand storytelling, and various media channels.

Education:

Typically a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
