Collaborate with sales and creative teams to gather accurate pricing for services
Track vendor pricing and maintain up-to-date cost databases
Ensure all estimates comply with profit margins and budget constraints
Prepare proposal documents and support sales presentations
Qualifications
2+ years
of experience in
advertising, or estimation
Strong knowledge of advertising formats and media pricing structures
Excellent Excel and math skills; familiarity with estimating software is a plus
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
