Advanced Microsoft Excel Trainer (Freelancer) - Job Title: Training Instructor / Trainer - Discipline: MS Excel (Expert Level) - Company Type: Training & Consultancy - Company Location: Abu Dhabi, Mohamed Bin Zayed (MBZ) City. - Job Duration: Part Time Contract - Working Modes: Online and Physical Courses - Working Locations: Physical - Emirates; Abu Dhabi, Dubai, RAK, Fujairah and UQ. A. Working System: - Training Days: 5 Days - Monday to Friday. - Training Times: From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM including 1 Hrs Break. - Training Venues: Physical Training will be in 3 to 4 Stars Hotels or Clients' Premises. - Online training will be ZOOM or MS-Team or Google Meeting. B. & Duties: - Candidate shall be responsible for the Training Courses; the responsibilities and duties are including but not limited to the followings: 1. Prepare courses outlines and abstracts for intermediate and advanced levels. 2. Prepare materials, exercises and exams for online and physical courses. 3. Prepare annual schedule of courses to universities and colleges' students and young employees based on client requirements. 4. Conduct online and physical courses based on the planned schedules. 5. Prepare evaluation report of each trainee in each conducted session. C. Qualifications & Experience: - Candidate shall have the followings: 1. Holding BSC Degree in IT as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Administration with strong IT Skills from highly reputed university. 2. ICDL Professional Certificate holders. 3. Strong E - Language, IELTS Band 6.5 or above is preferable. 4. 7 - 10 years of working experience and at least 2 years' experience as instructor. 5. Excellent in MS Office. D. Skills: - Candidate shall have the followings: 1. Team Spirit. 2. Analytical Thinking Skills. 3. Strong Communication Skills. E. Appearance & Behavioral Requirement: - Candidate shall have the followings: 1. Good Appearance & Looks 2. Responsible 3. Respectful 4. Collaborative F. Another Mandatory Requirements: 1. Physical Courses: candidates Shall have their Own Visa (Freelancer) or be on their Husband's VISA or Father's Residency Visa (Must). 2. Online Courses: candidates shall be from UAE, MENA Area or India 3. Candidate Age: 28 - 35 Years (Must) 4. Candidate Gender: Male or Female 5. Candidate Current Resident Area: Preferably in Abu Dhabi City in case of Physical Training & any other emirates in case of Virtual Training. G. Benefits: - Based on the candidate skills and qualifications; daily payments will be: - USD 100 - USD 150: For 4 - Hrs Virtual Training, including Learning Materials Preparations - USD 200 - USD 300: For 8 - Hrs Physical Training, including Learning Materials Preparations - Transportation and accommodation will be provided to other emirates for physical training & will be evaluated case by case. - Online training will be arranged, monitored and conducted by Company Training Coordinator. H.
