Job Description

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will define innovative MSDs and support their implementation plans in Flow4 & Flow5. As well as, you will support future process innovation initiatives in Flow2 and Aptiv quotes in Flow3.

Your Role Develop advanced MSD's for new technologies and innovation projects following the overall plan defined by EMEA Advanced ME Coordinator. Enhance HV MSD Standards, GCSD adjustment accordingly, and support building the HV database to standardize HV MSD and quotes. Support Developing & enhancing new BOPs with central process team. Align and validate the HV tooling and equipment calculation done by VES and Central Process teams. Define, standardize and enhance the Method, the Sequence & the MSD for automation to support new businesses award. Analyze & Prepare Machines capacity, costs, investment estimations & layout evolution, of Automation and New technologies. Adjust, propose and standardize the calculation of GCSD for Automation Scenarios based on defined automation process. Ensure ME inputs during Design For Automation (DFA) Workshops/Projects based on new technologies limitations and ensure the completion with the agreed planning.

Your Background Engineering degree in a technical field or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience in Method engineering, Preplanning engineering or Industrial engineering. Fluent English is mandatory. Good level of computing & MS Office.
