POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Care Paramedic to provide emergency and non-emergency medical services to patients in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. This role involves transporting patients to healthcare facilities, responding to critical incidents, and ensuring the accurate documentation of all related activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality emergency medical care to patients at the scene and during transport.
• Safely transport patients to hospitals and other medical facilities in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Respond promptly to critical incidents and mass casualty situations, providing effective triage and care.
• Accurately document all patient encounters, treatments provided, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Record and report on performance metrics, including response times and jurisdiction-specific data.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment, vehicles, and supplies to ensure readiness at all times.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, operational guidelines, and safety procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Medical Services/Paramedicine or equivalent (minimum three (3) years course duration)
• Trauma Certificate (PHTLS or ITLS)
• Two (2) years of experience post-registration/certification as Advanced Care Paramedic
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments.
• Commitment to patient safety and continuous professional development.
