Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Desired Candidate Profile :

5+ years of experience in managing paid digital ads (healthcare, beauty, or cosmetic industry experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and Twitter Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking for performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
Experience running lead generation campaigns for high-ticket services.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and AI-driven ad automation.
