to lead and supervise on-site construction or maintenance activities in compliance with ADNOC standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive field experience, and valid ADNOC approval for onshore/offshore work.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel, subcontractors, and laborers
Ensure all site operations comply with ADNOC safety, quality, and environmental standards
Plan and assign daily tasks to workers as per project schedules
Monitor work progress and ensure completion as per specifications and deadlines
Interpret and execute technical drawings, layout plans, and method statements
Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce site safety rules
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to HSE requirements
Liaise with Site Engineers, Safety Officers, and Project Managers on progress and issues
Maintain daily reports on manpower, materials, and activities
Report incidents, delays, and non-conformities immediately to site management
Requirements:
ADNOC approval card/permit (mandatory)
Minimum
5-8 years
of site supervisory experience, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of ADNOC procedures, safety standards, and work permits
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
Good leadership and communication skills
Certification in HSE awareness (e.g., H2S, BOSIET) is an advantage
Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments (onshore/offshore)
Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
