Admissions Officer
to join our team and play a key role in driving student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries through phone, walk-ins, and online channels.
Counsel prospective students on available courses, admission process, and eligibility.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and sales targets.
Maintain and update the student database and follow up with potential leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive student experience.
Participate in promotional activities and education fairs when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or student enrollment
(preferably in an academic or training institute).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
