Admissions Officer - Inside Sales
to join our Dubai team. If you have proven telesales experience in the
education and training sector
, particularly with professional certification programs, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert
qualified inbound leads
(no cold calling).
Counsel and guide prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
Provide clear, accurate course information to students.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain updated records using CRM tools and share daily progress reports.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of UAE experience
in inside sales (education sector only).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Immediate availability
is required.
