Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with prospective students using
100% warm leads

Promote certification, professional, and upskilling programs.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM system.
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective learners.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of UAE-based telesales experience
, preferably in education or training.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
Comfortable handling high call volumes and achieving targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
Immediate joiners with a positive, goal-oriented attitude will be prioritized.
